Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our clinic receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
